How much does a virtual assistant cost, and what can 20 hours a month cover?

At Levyo, a 20-hour package costs PLN 2,400 net per month, equivalent to PLN 120 net per package hour. It can support regular work across several agreed areas. It does not represent full business administration or a full-time role.

These are Levyo prices as of 5 October 2026. They describe our offer rather than average prices across the virtual assistant market.

The initial package includes onboarding and 10 hours of support to use within 30 days. It is a one-off package with no further commitment. Advance payment reserves your assistant’s time for regular support. We quote individually above 40 hours. See current pricing on our home page.

The hourly equivalent helps compare packages. We confirm the final scope and amount payable before starting.

What could 20 hours a month cover?

20 hours is a time budget for agreed tasks. Start with priorities, then add other areas when appropriate. This is an illustrative allocation rather than a guaranteed number of messages or bookings.

Example allocation of 20 assistant hours
AreaIllustrative allocation
Standard enquiries and follow-ups6 hours
Meeting coordination3 hours
CRM, documents and administration4 hours
Research and comparisons4 hours
Agreed personal tasks3 hours

You can also allocate the whole package to one area. Actual time depends on complexity, available information, revisions and independent working permissions. We review hours used and priorities regularly.

Does 20 assistant hours mean 20 hours reclaimed?

Not necessarily. Assistant working hours and your time reclaimed are different measures. At the beginning, you need time to share context, access and decisions. Familiar tasks may require less input later.

Compare the time you previously spent with the time you now need to brief and approve the task. If researching accommodation took four hours and briefing plus choosing an option now takes half an hour, this hypothetical example saves you around three and a half hours. Your assistant’s working time is accounted for separately within the package.

The estimated value of your working hour is not guaranteed additional revenue. You can use reclaimed time for sales, a project or rest. The Levyo calculator helps estimate needs; we agree a specific scope in a conversation.

What should you compare besides the hourly rate?

Ask about onboarding, your main contact and how absence is covered. Progress updates and clear responsibilities matter too.

  • Are tasks and spending rules clearly agreed?
  • How are hours tracked and extra time approved?
  • What availability and response expectations apply?
  • Who handles important tasks during leave or illness?
  • How are tool access and AI use agreed?

At Levyo, you work with your assistant and can also contact the owner. We arrange cover during absence. With ongoing support, you can meet the owner once a month to discuss priorities and the collaboration.

Which package should you start with?

A 10-hour package can help you try the collaboration on specific tasks. If you already have a recurring scope, you can start directly with 20 or 40 hours. The initial package is optional.

List what recurs each week and what you want completed in the coming month. We use that to agree priorities and a starting point. Extra hours require your approval, so changes to the scope should be agreed in advance.
