A bilingual virtual assistant for your international business: brief in Polish, work in English

You can brief an assistant in Polish and hand over English-language tasks when the scope and language skills are agreed. Match the assistant to actual work rather than a general claim of fluency. Confirm the price and availability before starting.

Polish internally, English with clients

You do not need to handle every operational exchange with an overseas client yourself. An assistant can draft replies, schedule meetings and compare suppliers in English, then provide a Polish summary.

Agree the language for internal requests, client materials and reports. Keep names, prices and important terms in their original form where useful. A short Polish summary supports a decision, but should not hide details of the original offer.

What level of English does your work require?

Reading offers and writing standard emails differ from phone calls, negotiations or specialist editing. Share an example message and describe situations that actually occur.

  • Does the scope cover written communication or calls too?
  • Are approved templates available?
  • What industry vocabulary is needed?
  • Which commitments need the owner’s approval?
  • Who checks specialist material?

Do not assume every language or industry is covered. At Levyo, Polish and English support is agreed for your actual scope. Certified translations and specialist verification require appropriate services.

Agree time zones and availability before starting

International support does not mean around-the-clock availability. Agree working hours, expected response times and urgent cases. Include a time zone and check the relevant date when scheduling.

For example, you explain a meeting’s goal in Polish. Your assistant coordinates with a London contact and sends the invitation. You receive confirmation and a short preparation note. This illustrates a workflow, not availability in every time zone.

Does an English-speaking virtual assistant cost more?

Language alone does not determine the price. The required proficiency, specialist scope, live calls, availability and complexity can affect a quote. Do not assume either an automatic surcharge or that every language service is included in a standard package.

Levyo publishes packages of 10 hours for PLN 1,500 net once, 20 hours for PLN 2,400 net monthly and 40 hours for PLN 4,100 net monthly. These are our package prices, not a promise that every English-language task is included. We confirm Polish/English scope and final terms in a conversation. See current pricing.

Can an AI translator replace a bilingual assistant?

A tool may draft a translation. Someone still needs to understand context, verify prices and terms and organise the next action. A complex exchange is more than translating one email.

What matters is responsibility for quality and coordination. AI use follows the agreement, and working without it is possible. Read about tools for collaboration.

What should you bring to an international-support call?

Bring two or three tasks, the languages involved, your contacts’ countries and expected working hours. An anonymised typical message can help. That makes it easier to agree skills, approval rules and scope.

You don’t need a finished task list.

During a free call, we’ll explore your needs and identify a useful starting point.
